All client data is stored and processed in accordance with relevant statutory provisions on data protection. Personal data is collected only if necessary for technical reasons. In no case will this personal information be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties. The following sentences contain information about what data we store for what purposes and how we protect your data.
1. Personal data
Personal data will only be stored if this data is provided by you expressly and voluntarily. NEC ReTrade will only store data given by yourself if this data is necessary for the sales process. This data will comprise among other things your name, your email address, your phone number and possibly your address. Your bank data will not be stored by us once the payment is made.
2. Computer-related data
"NEC ReTrade" automatically collects and stores information provided by your browser in the Server Log Files. This includes browser type/ -version, the operating system being used, hostname of the computer (IP address), time of the server inquiry. This information is stored anonymously, so that it will not be possibly to determine the identity of the user or your individual user behaviour.
3. Cookies and Google Analytics
Our websites use so-called "cookies" in several places. "Cookies" are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive that enable us to analyze your use of our website. Their purpose is to make the use of our website more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Most cookies we use are so-called "Session-Cookies“ that are deleted automatically after your visit.
